It is also worth noting that support by Microsoft for IE5 Mac no longer exists, and that IE5 PC does have known security issues.

  • IE7 - Internet Explorer 7 is going to be sent out automatically to XP users as a priority Windows Update upon its launch in the next few months (2006). There are currently 2% of internet users using the beta version of the browser pre-launch, and numbers are growing fast.

We believe in maximum support for emerging web technologies that improve user experience, rather than support for out-of-date technologies with poor support for Web Standards and the latest in Best Practice. Although, as mentioned above, we ensure that all content is available on all browsers that statistics show to be in use.
